Urine Splatter Patterns

As an undergraduate research assistant, I was involved in several research projects pertaining to fluid dynamics. I recently traveled to Toronto, Canada, to present this poster at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Fluids Engineering Division Summer Meeting (FEDSM) as part of the Flow Visualization Contest.

Experimental Setup

I created these 3D models of our experimental setup on SolidWorks. I designed and constructed most of the prototypes and structures. I also automated the data collection and operated the cameras.

About Me

Hi! I’m a mechanical engineer with a passion for building cool things—whether it’s a humanoid robot, a hydroelectric RC car, or a trebuchet that launches softballs! I earned my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Weber State University in 2023, where I also conducted research on humanoid telepresence robotics and experimental fluid dynamics. I’m especially drawn to hands-on design work and love seeing ideas come to life in SolidWorks and on the shop floor. Outside of engineering, you’ll probably find me on the tennis court, watching a great movie, or planning my next travel adventure. I’m always up for a new challenge that lets me blend creativity with technical problem-solving.
